The Jackson County DAC accepts monetary donations through check, money order, or you can donate now using our online "Donate" link to the left. Donations help provided learning opportunities and supplies and funding for community events for the people supported by the DAC. We appreciate your support in carrying out our mission.
Clothing
Clothing
The DAC accepts any kind of clothing. It does not matter if it is new, used, stained, torn, or wrinkled. Any clothing item that is not store quality will be used to fulfill rag contracts for local businesses. Our individuals cut-up clothing, bedding, or material that is at least 50% cotton for rags, which in turn are sold to local businesses for their employees. Any material we cannot use, we donate to a similar non-profit organization that provides clothing and supplies for local communities.
If requested, the DAC will give out Tax donation receipts.
